Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential homebuyers interested in residential projects.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase homes.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of residential market trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Manage sales activities to achieve targets for residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly residential properties.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency using CRM software and sales tools.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
