Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential homebuyers interested in residential projects.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase homes.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and finalize terms favorable to both buyer and company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of residential market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Manage sales activities to achieve targets for residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly residential properties.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
