Role Description
This full-time role for a Sales & Implementation Executive is located on-site in Jalandhar. The executive will be responsible for selling Medoc's services and solutions, implementing digital infrastructure in hospitals, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. The role involves frequent collaboration with doctors, hospital staff, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Daily tasks may include presentations, client meetings, training sessions, and ongoing support to ensure effective implementation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Technical skills in Digital Infrastructure, EHR Systems, and Medical Software
- Project Management and Implementation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
