Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Executive located in Jalandhar. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective customers, promoting Chola's financial products, and achieving sales targets. The role includes maintaining excellent customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing tailored financial solutions. The individual will also collaborate with team members to meet branch objectives and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance and Insurance sectors
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the Jalandhar region is a plus
  • Educational background in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service
