Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant and bars, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing restaurants and bars, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
