We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 10-18 years of experience to lead our culinary team as the Director of Culinary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive culinary strategies to enhance menu offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
