Director of Restaurant

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Restaurant & Bars team in Fairmont. The ideal candidate will have 10-18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing high-quality restaurants and bars.
Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of all restaurant and bar outlets to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve profitability.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize business performance.
- Supervise and train staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing multiple restaurants and bars.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and cost control.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and labor laws.
