Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with prior experience in the paint industry to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, client-handling expertise, and a proven track record of driving sales in the paints, construction, or home improvement sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and convert new sales opportunities within residential and commercial painting markets.
  • Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and end customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver product and service presentations to potential clients, highlighting key advantages.
  • Quotations & Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes tailored to client requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in paints, construction, or home improvement industries (mandatory).
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with paint products, finishes, and applications is highly preferred.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
