Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for our premium open-plot ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and connect with prospective leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Explain project features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested clients to close sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers through trust and transparency.
  • Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

  • Confidence in speaking with new customers over the phone.
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM updates).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

QualificationsEducation: Any Graduate / Intermediate

  • Experience: 1–3 years (Real Estate experience preferred)

Compensation Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive incentives
