Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our services, and addressing any questions or concerns. The role includes recording customer details, following up on inquiries, maintaining call logs, and achieving set targets. The Telecaller will need to ensure customer satisfaction and foster a positive company image.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication and call center systems
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with database management
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or related fields are a plus
