Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic telecallers to engage with U.S. patients, explain healthcare programs (RPM/CCM), and obtain verbal consent for enrollment. You will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a critical role in building trust and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to patients from physician-provided lists.
  • Educate patients about Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), CCM, and related programs.
  • Explain insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers) and answer basic questions.
  • Obtain verbal consent using CMS-compliant scripts.
  • Accurately document call outcomes in CRM/EHR systems (Zoho).
  • Coordinate with U.S. nurse/operations teams for escalations.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline, preference for life sciences or business).
  • Experience:

  • 3-6 years in telecalling / BPO / patient engagement.

  • Prior U.S. healthcare experience (RCM, patient outreach) is an advantage.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent).

  • Strong persuasion & patient-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terms (BP, diabetes, insurance, Medicare).
  • Comfort with CRM/EHR tools and VoIP platforms.

  • Other:

  • Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. hours).

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Empathetic, patient-focused attitude.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • 80-100 outbound calls/day.
  • 20-30% patient enrollment conversion.
  • 95%+ accuracy in documentation.
  • 100% compliance with HIPAA & CMS scripts.
