We strive to deliver exceptional services to our clients, and to achieve this, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries.
- Ability to understand the business concept and to explain it to the service providers.
- Understand customer needs and address them effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and provide necessary follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar telecalling role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi/Telugu.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a professional demeanor.
- A customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
- Work from Office only.

Ability to Commute:

- Hyderabad, Telangana (required)

Ability to Relocate:
