We're Hiring: Customer Tech Support – Hospitality Software (Saasaro)

Position: Customer Tech Support Executive
You will be the primary point of contact for hotel partners—assisting with onboarding, system setup, OTA listings, and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
Hotel Onboarding & Data Collection
- Collect hotel documents, property details, room categories, rates & images
- Coordinate with owners/managers for accurate information
Profile Setup & Configuration
- Create and configure hotel profiles on the Saasaro system
- Set up rooms, rate plans, taxes, policies & configurations
OTA Listing Support
- Assist hotels with onboarding on , MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, Expedia & others
- Guide them through requirements and documentation
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Handle queries via calls, chats, WhatsApp & email
- Troubleshoot issues related to bookings, rates, inventory, connectivity & software usage
Software Training
- Train hotel staff to confidently use Saasaro PMS, Channel Manager & Booking Engine
General Responsibilities
- Maintain support logs & CRM records
- Escalate technical issues to the dev team when needed
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with proactive follow-up
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Ability to learn software tools quickly
- Problem-solving approach & customer-first mindset
- Basic understanding of hotel operations or OTAs (added advantage)
- Ability to handle multiple calls/chats
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Email & Google Drive
