Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing outsourcing services provider catering to global clients, primarily in the US and Canada. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our business development efforts and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of the sales cycle – from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Handle warm/hot leads efficiently and convert them into active clients
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding and post-sale coordination
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth handovers and service delivery
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions based on outsourcing capabilities
  • Represent the company in client meetings, virtual demos, and negotiations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing.
  • Proven success in closing hot leads and handling end-to-end client acquisition
  • Experience working with international clients (preferably in the US/Canada market)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in US/Canada shifts
