Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join as Project Sales Head & Investor Relations, responsible for driving topline growth across all residential and commercial luxury real estate projects. This is a senior-level role responsible for driving investment sales and managing relationships with investors in the real estate sector. Key responsibilities include developing sales and marketing strategies, preparing investors for fundraising and due diligence, fostering strong relationships with institutional investors and analysts, creating investor communications and reporting materials, and collaborating with internal teams like finance and acquisitions.
This role will align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management into a unified growth engine that ensures consistent revenue delivery, stronger brand presence, and an exceptional customer experience. The role will directly oversee the Sales, CRM and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and alignment with the company's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Fundraising:
- Develop and execute investor targeting and communication plans for raising capital for real estate funds and projects.
- Actively engage with investors and analysts to present investment opportunities and answer their queries
- Define and implement strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Mentor and guide the Sales team on pipeline building, channel partner engagement, and direct sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance through structured reviews, ensuring forecasting accuracy and accountability.
- Drive product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership and project teams.
Investor Relations & Communication:
- Create and maintain high-quality marketing and communication materials, including investor presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing investors and potential new investors.
- Prepare senior leadership for investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls.
Market Expertise & Strategy:
- Develop expertise on the company's real estate funds and investment strategies to effectively communicate their value to investors.
- Contribute to the strategic planning for new fund launches and other business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and the overall financial health of the real estate investment portfolio.
Marketing
- Lead marketing strategy for brand building, demand generation, and project-specific campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing team to design impactful offline and digital campaigns.
- Ensure marketing ROI is tracked, optimized, and driven by data insights.
- Align brand positioning with the company's premium and customer-first philosophy.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Oversee CRM to ensure smooth post-sales engagement, timely collections, and high customer satisfaction.
- Define processes to handhold customers from booking to possession.
- Drive quick and empathetic resolution of customer concerns to protect brand reputation.
- Track structured reports on collections, cancellations, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Engineering for effective project readiness.
- Sync construction timelines, sales launches, and customer commitments with project teams.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights for product design and pricing.
- Represent the company at industry forums, networking events, and high-level customer/investor interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 7 years in leadership roles within real estate, luxury lifestyle, or allied sectors.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale residential project sales and meeting ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong exposure to digital marketing, channel partner ecosystems, and CRM processes.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with comfort in financial & performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
