Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and manage our sales operations across India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling construction machinery, block making machines, or heavy machinery, with strong leadership and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for Pan India market
Lead, mentor, and manage sales team across regions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with dealers, contractors, and clients
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with management for pricing, business growth, and after-sales service
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales of construction or heavy machinery
Strong network in construction and machinery industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel across India
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹85,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
