What you'll be selling
- AI chat for acquisition, conversion, and post-purchase support (integrates with store/product/orders).
- WhatsApp campaigns, interactive journeys & Flows for things like abandoned cart, COD verification, NPS, reorder prompts. (Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform now supports interactive messages and Flows designed for guided, in-thread actions.)
- A helpdesk that brings marketing + support into one customer thread.
The role (senior, full-cycle + RevOps)
- Own discovery → value demo → business case → commercials → close → handoff.
- Stand up RevOps: pipeline stages, CRM hygiene, forecasting, win/loss notes, and weekly deal reviews. (Map stages to forecast categories and keep probabilities honest—best practice.)
- Build the motion: ICP clarity, territories, partner plays (Shopify agencies), repeatable sequences, pricing/packaging.
- Create channel plays: inbound demo flow, outbound experiments, and agency/affiliate deals.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
- Qualified pipeline created with multi-threaded deals - clear stage-to-stage conversion and a baseline sales cycle for SMB/mid-market.
- Forecast you can defend (not a spreadsheet guess), and a clean CRM everyone trusts.
- 5–10 active agency relationships producing intros.
You'll thrive here if you have
- 4–6 years closing in e-com/MarTech/Support SaaS.
- Strong command of sales math (activity → meetings → SQOs → wins) and crisp discovery.
- Comfortable demoing to founders, e-com managers, and CX leaders- you can talk CAC:LTV and support deflection without slides.
