Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Guindy. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of daily HR tasks including implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, managing HR-related inquiries, and administering benefits programs. The role will also involve supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and compliance.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance reports.
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and provide HR guidance.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of employee queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in
    HR Management

  • Hands-on experience in
    recruitment
    and talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
