HR- Generalist / Human Resources Specialist Location: Chennai (WFO- Work from Office) - No Remote optionShift Time: 5 PM - 3 AM IST (Supports PST Timezone) About Perfict Global: Perfict Global is a fast-growing technology consulting company focused on delivering innovative solutions and fostering a people-first culture. We believe in empowering talent and building an environment that values growth, collaboration, and excellence.Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional who will play a key role in managing the end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Policy implementation, and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business teams and help drive a high-performance, employee-centric culture.Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition ❖ Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.❖ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.❖ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.❖ Schedule and coordinate interviews; ensure timely feedback and offer rollout.❖ Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and positive candidate experience.2. HR Operations ❖ Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRMS updates.❖ Handle onboarding and induction processes for new hires.❖ Manage exit formalities and documentation.❖ Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.❖ Ensure compliance with statutory and company HR policies.3. Policy & Process ❖ Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.❖ Assist in developing new policies and process improvements.❖ Maintain documentation and support audits or compliance requirements.4.
