For this role, we are looking for champions who find it fun to scale an organization, building technology teams, building a high quality product, creating processes, and creating a high engineering organization. Required skills:

● Overall 10+ years of experience in IT services industry with 4+ years of experience in management

● Good understand of people, product, technology & business

● Strong management and leadership skills

● Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.

● Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills

● Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables i.e. proof-of-concepts, RFP, etc.

● Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment.
