What You'll Own
:

Talent Acquisition & Retention

● Hire top-tier PR, Creative & Digital talent (6 key roles + 4 interns).

● Optimize hiring timelines, reduce TAT by 70%.

● Conduct stay interviews and ensure 90% team retention.

People & Culture

● Launch engagement initiatives (e.g., internal awards).

● Foster a fun, inclusive, high-performance culture. Performance & Growth

● Host monthly pulse surveys & townhalls (80%+ participation)

● Roll out goal-setting and reviews via Zoho People PMS.

● Implement bi-monthly check-ins and career growth tracks.

● Host workshops on digital trends & creative skills.

HR Ops & Policy

● Manage Zoho People backend – onboarding, offers, leaves, PMS.

● Design people-first policies that support flexibility & mental wellness

● Lead initiatives on diversity, inclusion, and workplace wellness.

Attendance & Compliance

● Ensure 95%+ punctuality & planned leave adherence.

● Maintain up-to-date compliance and HR documentation.

What You Bring:

● 10+ years of HR experience in startups or creative agencies (not MNCs).

● Strong in Zoho People, backend ops, policy building, and employee experience.

● Proven success in culture building, people management & retention.

● A strategic thinker with an energetic, empathetic, hands-on approach.
