Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Manager located in Purulia. The Front Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with customers. The role includes developing and implementing training programs, managing people, and ensuring that the team meets its performance and operational goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
