ScrapUncle is an innovative platform where users can schedule doorstep pickups for their junk items, including paper, metals, plastics, and electronic waste, and get paid for it. Featured on Shark Tank India Season 2, ScrapUncle has successfully completed over 50,000 pickups in Delhi NCR and sent more than 2.5 million kilograms of junk and recyclables to recycling units. The company is also the proud winner of the Urban Works Challenge by Columbia University.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive at ScrapUncle, located in Govindpuri Kalkaji. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve effective communication with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Business acumen and Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the recycling or waste management industry is a plus
