We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Field Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell Sacred Leaves' premium products (edible oils, energy drinks, food supplements) in assigned territories.
  • Identify potential clients, distributors, retailers, and health stores to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct product sampling, demonstrations, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Gather and report market intelligence (competitor activities, customer preferences, market trends).
  • Ensure proper product display and branding at retail and distributor outlets.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Provide customer feedback to the management team for continuous product and service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, nutraceuticals, or beverages.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and customer focused.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
