**Job Title: Field Sales**
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Client Visits: Conduct field visits to prospective clients, presenting our products/services and building strong relationships.
2. Customer Retention: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, fostering repeat business.
3. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
5. Product Knowledge: Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to potential customers.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
7. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
**Key Skills**
1. Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product/service information and build rapport with potential clients. Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns.
2. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms, prices, and agreements to close deals successfully.
3. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the product or service being offered, enabling the effective demonstration of its features and benefits.
4. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer queries or objections on the spot.
