**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and connect with potential leads within the IT industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software.

**Additional Skills**:

- Familiarity with web and mobile app development technologies is a plus.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
