**JOB BRIEF**
To obtain employment and experiential opportunities in business, industry, academia for trainees. To counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students, new graduates into the job market. To assist in the internships and placement of students.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**
a. Collection of “Letter of Intent” from the companies
b. Arrangement of placement drives
c. Counsel to the trainees to go for placement
d. Collection of required documents of placement as per the guidelines of the project and submission to the concern authority
f. Manage and support student career services, including career counselling, grooming and helping in the preparation of students for facing interviews
h. Compiles and maintains the database of student’s profiles for all the projects.
**EDUCATION**
a. Minimum Education:
- Graduate in any discipline
**EXPERIENCE**
a. Minimum Experience:
- 1.5 to 4 years in relevant field
**BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**
a. Good communication skills and co-ordination skills.
b. Good Time management skills, Open to interact with others.
c. Ready to work 24*7 on field.
d. Proficient in Computers especially MS Office.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,648.04 per month
