Job Overview: As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, provide information about our products and services, resolve complaints, and actively promote sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to contribute to the overall success of our brand. Key Responsibilities: Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Make outbound calls to potential customers to drive sales. Sales Promotion: Actively engage in promoting sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing product features, and upselling where applicable. Query Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and enhance sales opportunities. Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns. Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales transactions. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. High school diploma: additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
