We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Hospital Management Software Implementation Specialist with strong SQL Server expertise to join our healthcare technology team. This role is responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, customization, and support of hospital management software solutions in clinical and administrative environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare IT, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation of hospital management software (HMS) at client site.
  • Work closely with hospital stakeholders to gather requirements, configure software, and ensure system alignment with clinical and administrative workflows.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing configuration adjustments.
  • Collaborate with software developers and support teams to address technical issues and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including workflows, data mapping, configuration details, and user manuals.
  • Participate in testing new features, modules, and system updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing healthcare or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Understanding of hospital workflows across departments (OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Radiology, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
