Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential customers, providing customer service, building relationships, and promoting company services. Day-to-day tasks include sales outreach, addressing customer inquiries, offering training as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client concerns effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
• Proven ability in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Experience in delivering Training or onboarding sessions for customers
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools is a plus
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
