Day-to-day tasks include sales outreach, addressing customer inquiries, offering training as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Qualifications - Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client concerns effectively - Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency - Proven ability in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets - Experience in delivering Training or onboarding sessions for customers - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in remote collaboration tools is a plus - Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
