Join us in creating a brighter, sustainable future powered by clean energy. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Faridabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solar energy solutions. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process. The role also involves meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to team sales goals while promoting the company's mission of renewable energy adoption. Qualifications - Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience. - Excellent Communication skills, including clarity, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities. - Proven experience or aptitude in Sales, including identifying customer needs and closing deals effectively. - Experience in Training and guiding customers on products and services is a plus. - Proficiency in using CRM software and basic knowledge of solar energy solutions is preferred. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with a team. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, communication, or a related field. - Passion for sustainability and renewable energy will be considered an asset.
