Role Description The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for calling on leads, reaching out to prospective students and their families, and promoting enrollment programs. Key duties include maintaining excellent customer service, providing detailed information on the school's offerings, and nurturing positive relationships with parents and prospective students. Additional responsibilities include following up with leads, ensuring enrollment targets are met, and addressing inquiries effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. Qualifications - Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with parents and students - Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed enrollment and lead generation targets - Experience in Training will be an advantage to guide and support team members as necessary - Adaptability, a customer-centric mindset, and a results-driven approach - Previous experience in an educational environment or telesales role is a plus - Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Hyderabad
