Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Ludhiana. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for various positions within the organization. This role will also involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting training sessions for new hires, and maintaining effective communication with team members and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
