Sales Engineer - HVAC (Valves & Pumps)
with 0-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
sales of valves and pumps
, with proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of HVAC valves and pumps.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the HVAC industry.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and consultants.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for smooth execution of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasts.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical Engineering
    (mandatory).
  • 0-5 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, specifically in valves and/or pumps.
  • Strong
    technical knowledge
    of HVAC systems, particularly valves and pumps.
  • Proven
    track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation
    skills.
  • Strong
    networking with HVAC contractors, consultants, and clients
    in the region.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
