Role & responsibilities
- Handle daily incoming calls and enquiries from potential customers.
- Manage and respond to leads generated through social media, website, and walk-ins.
- Serve as the first point of interaction for all new leads and build rapport with clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads to nurture interest and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records accurately.
- Coordinate with the Senior Sales Executive and Sales Manager for lead handover and finalization.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support in promotional activities and assist in executing sales campaigns.
Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings or hall visits.
Preferred candidate profile
- Gender: Female (mandatory)
- Languages: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English; Gujarati-speaking candidates preferred.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in hospitality, events, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Bhandup or nearby suburbs will be preferred.
- Personality Traits: Smart, presentable, confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
Employment Type:
Full-Time | On-Site- timings 10:30 am to 7 pm
