The Banquet Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing banquet and event functions to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. This role acts as a liaison between clients, sales, kitchen, and service teams to deliver events as per agreed standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all banquet and event bookings as per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients before and during events.
  • Ensure timely setup of banquet halls including seating arrangements, décor, audio-visual equipment, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, housekeeping, and engineering teams for smooth event execution.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure services are delivered as per guest expectations.
  • Assist in menu planning and communicate special dietary requirements.
  • Supervise banquet staff during events and ensure grooming and service standards.
  • Handle last-minute changes and resolve guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation and update event schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.
  • Assist in post-event billing coordination and feedback collection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
