Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at our Malad location. This full-time, mid-level position focuses on growing our customer base and enhancing sales operations. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of experience in a similar role, leveraging their expertise to drive sales and foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales (Mandatory skill) with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Cold Calling techniques to generate interest and engage potential clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in Upselling additional products to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation, identifying potential new clients and initiating communication.
  • Experience in Sales Forecasting, accurately predicting future sales trends to guide business strategies.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, utilizing the CRM tool to manage contacts and sales activities efficiently.
  • Expertise in Telemarketing, engaging with clients over the phone to promote and sell products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product value and respond to client inquiries.

  • Conduct regular outreach to potential clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeated business and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery of products.
