We are hiring a Presale Manager (Infra Service Delivery) for our Mumbai location.

Note: Only candidates with core presales experience in IT Infra Manage service delivery roles should apply. Others, please excuse.

Education Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA (desirable)

Certification: ITIL Certification is desirable

Job Description:

  • Regularly interact with the sales team to understand customer pain points in IT services and suggest remedial measures that can create opportunities for business assessment, design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-wide network solutions.
  • Design, present, and demonstrate enterprise architecture for assigned network and security domains. Provide technical consulting to medium and large enterprises, as well as government/PSU organizations.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide consultation/design on architecture and solutions.
  • Assist the account/sales team in preparing solution documents, proposals, BOM, and scope of work responses to RFQ/RFP.
  • Act as a technical lead on all major network and network security opportunities.
  • Provide technical solutions in areas such as Enterprise Network (Campus Network, SD-WAN, Datacenter Network, SDN, Wireless Network), ADC (Application Delivery Controllers), LLB (Link Load Balancers), and Enterprise Security Solutions (NGFW, NGIPS, NAC, WAF, DDOS, SASE, etc.).
  • Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure clarity in scopes of work and services cost analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 5+ years of working experience in network security presales.
  • Proven track record in technical selling and/or designing networking and/or security solutions.
  • Result-oriented and able to meet sales targets by working closely with the sales team.
  • Possess adequate techno-commercial skills in core network, SDN, NFV, SDWAN, and network security.
  • Good product knowledge of Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Extreme Networks, F5, Radware, Array Networks, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, TrendMicro, etc.
  • Experience in handling existing customers and upselling solutions by demonstrating value.
  • Excellent skills in creating Bills of Material, developing scope of work documents, and drafting high-level design documents and technical proposals.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Technology certifications such as CCDA, CCNP, or other OEM certifications will be an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude, and team player.
