Role Overview

The Presales Cyber Security Head will lead cybersecurity practice strategy, design security architectures, drive pre-sales engagements, build service portfolios, and partner with Sales, Delivery, and OEM vendors. This position requires deep hands-on cybersecurity, IAM, cloud security, device security, and enterprise threat protection expertise.

Key Responsibilities1. Cybersecurity Practice Leadership

  • Lead and expand the cybersecurity practice, define services, and execute strategic roadmap.
  • Build security portfolios: SOC, cloud security, IAM, endpoint management, vulnerability management, DLP, incident response.
  • Drive security business growth with Sales teams and support technical closures.
  • Strengthen OEM/vendor partnerships (Microsoft, Google, Okta, ScaleFusion, EDR/DLP/SIEM vendors).

2. Security Architecture & Technical Expertise

Hands-on proficiency in:

  • Infrastructure Security (Network, Datacenter, Endpoint)
  • Cloud Security (Azure, Microsoft 365, GWS)
  • IAM (Okta SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Zero Trust)
  • Device Security & MDM/UEM (ScaleFusion, Intune/Endpoint Manager)
  • Threat Protection: SIEM/SOAR, DLP, EDR/XDR, Encryption, Data Protection
  • Vulnerability & risk assessments
  • Designing enterprise-grade end-to-end security architectures

3. Pre-Sales Leadership

  • Conduct technical discovery workshops, assessments, and PoCs.
  • Lead solution design, architecture planning, client demos, BoQs/BOMs.
  • Prepare RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and value mapping.
  • Support funnel management and conversion of opportunities.

4. Cloud Security Implementation Knowledge

  • Microsoft 365 Security (Defender suite, Purview, Compliance)
  • Azure Security (Conditional Access, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud, Security Center)
  • Google Workspace Security (Admin controls, data protection, policies)
  • Email migrations (M365, GWS, hybrid)
  • ScaleFusion UEM/MDM deployment, compliance, kiosk mode, DLP features
  • Okta identity integrations across cloud and on-prem ecosystems

5. Delivery Governance

  • Oversee implementation teams for secure delivery.
  • Validate architectural designs, run risk assessments, review compliance.
  • Support escalations, post-sales engagement, and incident response.
  • Ensure standards: ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, customer compliance frameworks.

6. OEM & Vendor Management

  • Manage partnerships with cybersecurity OEMs: Firewalls, DLP, SIEM, EDR/XDR, MFA vendors.
  • Coordinate with ScaleFusion, Okta, and cloud ecosystem partners.
  • Stay updated on cyber threat trends and new security technologies.
  • Lead internal training programs.

7. Sales, Marketing & Enablement

  • Partner with Sales for opportunity qualification and GTM strategies.
  • Contribute to webinars, marketing activities, and demand generation.
  • Deliver thought leadership presentations for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in Cybersecurity, Pre-sales, Cloud Security, or Architecture roles.
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
  • Azure Security Architecture
  • Google Workspace Security
  • Okta IAM (SSO/MFA/Zero Trust)
  • ScaleFusion MDM/UEM
  • Firewalls, DLP, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, endpoint protection
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
