Job Summary:
The Relationship Officer is a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business within existing accounts. This individual will be a key player in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of mandates. This role requires a strong industry network, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across target industries, building a robust sales pipeline. This includes market research, lead generation, and developing compelling proposals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement the company's sales strategy, contributing to market analysis, competitive tracking, and the development of effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Candidate Management (if applicable): Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients, providing consultative advice throughout the hiring process. Manage client and candidate expectations to ensure successful placements.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of client mandates, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies. Provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates on sales progress and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Established network of contacts within relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹50,000.00 per month
