Beyond eye care, Bhoomika extends its efforts to improve rural livelihoods through initiatives in secondary education, hygiene, and general health. Role Description

Bhoomika is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for an on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and driving partnerships to expand Bhoomika's impact. This includes creating strategic plans, initiating outreach programs, leading fundraising efforts, and managing proposals and reports for donors. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support project implementations and organizational goals will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, networking, and partnership-building skills
  • Experience in donor relations, fundraising, and proposal writing
  • Project management and strategic planning expertise
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in an on-site environment
  • Proven experience in the social sector, nonprofit organizations, or similar fields is highly desirable
  • Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
