Role Overview

This role focuses on
driving structured UK market acquisition
, governing a performance-led sales workflow, and enabling a high-performing team through process refinement, data-backed decision-making, and territory-focused execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee
    UK market acquisition cycles
    , including qualification flows, conversion checkpoints, and performance compliance
  • Guide & enable a team of UK-focused sales contributors through
    pipeline governance, coaching, and structured sales interventions
  • Build and implement
    territory-based growth playbooks
    , targeting specific verticals within the UK market
  • Analyse channel-level metrics to design
    efficiency improvements, forecast accuracy models, and win-rate enhancement
    plans
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine
    market positioning, buyer journeys, and sales efficiency frameworks
