Core Responsibilities
- Oversee

, including qualification flows, conversion checkpoints, and performance compliance - Guide & enable a team of UK-focused sales contributors through
pipeline governance, coaching, and structured sales interventions - Build and implement
territory-based growth playbooks

efficiency improvements, forecast accuracy models, and win-rate enhancement
plans - Collaborate with senior leadership to refine
market positioning, buyer journeys, and sales efficiency frameworks
