This is a "Sales hunter" role, meaning the primary focus is on new business acquisition, as opposed to managing and growing existing accounts.

We are looking for who someone who are specialized business development professional focused on proactively finding and closing new clients for artificial intelligence and machine learning products and services.

Role Purpose

Grow new business in data projects (training data, annotation, speech/audio, etc.), by finding, closing, and managing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in AI/ML, tech, media, etc.
  • Prepare proposals, scope work, cost estimation & negotiate contracts.
  • Build relationships with decision makers, maintain pipelines & hit revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Solutioning/legal to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends & competitive offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B sales / business development experience (8+ years), preferably in AI, or data services.
  • Good understanding of data workflows: annotation, collection, audio/speech, etc.
  • Strong communication, proposal writing & negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and tracking a sales pipeline.
  • Analytical mindset; able to use market insights to guide strategy.
