We're a small, fast-moving startup in Mumbai looking for an energetic 
Marketing & Operations Intern
 to own social media, lead management and day-to-day ops. This is a learning-first internship (in-person/hybrid) ideal for a college student or early-career candidate who wants hands-on growth experience.

Duration & pay: 2-month unpaid trial (structured learning + measurable deliverables). If performance meets targets, paid internship/part-time role starting month 3 (details discussed at hire).

What you'll do

  • Run and schedule social content for LinkedIn/Instagram.
  • Manage incoming leads, update CRM/Excel sheets and follow up templates.
  • Produce simple social assets (templates, captions, short reels/TikToks).
  • Support marketing strategy: A/B content tests, hashtag experiments, grow follower pipeline.
  • Basic market research & competitor tracking.
  • Ad-hoc ops: data entry, meeting notes, outreach lists.

Must-have

  • Based in Mumbai (or willing to commute).
  • Currently in college or recent grad; 0–2 years experience ok.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM workflows.
  • Strong written English for professional social posts.
  • High ownership, fast learner, takes feedback.
  • Comfortable with unpaid 2-month trial and a clear path to paid role on success.

Nice-to-have

  • Basic Canva or short-video editing skills.
  • Prior internship or college project in marketing/sales.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn growth tactics.

How we'll evaluate

  • Short application (see screening below) + a 48-hour trial task.
  • 30-minute video interview + review of trial task.
  • Clear KPIs for month 1 and month 2 (engagement, lead follow-ups, onboarding documentation).
