  • End to End Recruitment.
  • Coordination, Team Handling.
  • Client Management, Business Development.
  • Perform crew change for vessel assigned, including crew planning;
  • Ensure the correct numbers and suitable personnel arrive on time.
  • Maintaining relation with employee with regards to his benefit policies,
  • Performance Management System.
  • To scrutinize applications of new candidates, Officers and Ratings and verify the accuracy of the data mentioned in their applications.
  • Ensuring whether all the candidates are holding genuine STCW certificate, also sure the crew are properly certified according to IMO, Flag, Port State and Class requirements prior to joining, Ensuring that the license, certificates and travel documents are valid for the assigned contract.
  • Conduct new crew member orientation; In case of any deficiency make arrangements for processing necessary documents for the selected contract.
  • In case of any Candidates who have previously signed off on medical grounds to be considered for assignment only on approval of
GM operations.
  • To arrange prejoining medical for all selected candidates.
  • Arrange StressTest for new hire candidates, Alert company doctor whenever a candidate is noted to be suspective with regards to his medical fitness, and advised to go for a thorough check up, To work cost effective by controlling crew salary, ticketing, agency charges, etc.
  • Maintaining a track record of all licenses which are applied for and ensuring that the original copies are handed over to the applicant and copies retained in the personal file of the staff.
  • Notifying new job seekers of all relevant contact details and addresses of key personnel, as a part of contingency plan in the event of stranding delays while traveling.
  • Preparation of Appointment Letters, Service Contracts, ITF Contracts, and Introduction Letters to Masters, Letters to Immigration amp;amp; Next of Kin declaration.
  • To verify prejoining checklist and ensure all original documents
