Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services:
  • Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Staff Management:
  • Supervising, training, and motivating front desk staff.
  • Arranging staff schedules and monitoring performance.
  • Ensuring staff deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management:
  • Overseeing front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Managing reservations and room assignments.
  • Coordinating effectively with other departments like housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Maintaining accurate guest records, billing, and reports.
  • Managing front desk supplies and inventory.
  • Policy and Strategy:
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and the hotel's brand reputation.
  • Contributing to budgeting and financial reporting for the front office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
