Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services:
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Staff Management:
- Supervising, training, and motivating front desk staff.
- Arranging staff schedules and monitoring performance.
- Ensuring staff deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management:
- Overseeing front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Managing reservations and room assignments.
- Coordinating effectively with other departments like housekeeping and maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate guest records, billing, and reports.
- Managing front desk supplies and inventory.
- Policy and Strategy:
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, standards, and safety regulations.
- Implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and the hotel's brand reputation.
- Contributing to budgeting and financial reporting for the front office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
