Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen operations with focus on
Telangana cuisine. - Handle
menu planning

bulk cooking
, and
food quality control
. - Drive
revenue generation
through innovative food offerings and cost control. - Collaborate with management for marketing initiatives to attract customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service & restaurant management.
- Manage kitchen staff, training, and scheduling.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior restaurant experience is a must (preferably in South Indian/Telangana cuisine).
- Strong knowledge of revenue generation, food costing & operations.
- Ability to handle bulk cooking & customer demand.
- An understanding of Telugu culture will be an added advantage.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
