Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen operations with focus on
    Telangana cuisine.
  • Handle
    menu planning
    ,
    bulk cooking
    , and
    food quality control
    .
  • Drive
    revenue generation
    through innovative food offerings and cost control.
  • Collaborate with management for marketing initiatives to attract customers.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service & restaurant management.
  • Manage kitchen staff, training, and scheduling.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior restaurant experience is a must (preferably in South Indian/Telangana cuisine).
  • Strong knowledge of revenue generation, food costing & operations.
  • Ability to handle bulk cooking & customer demand.
  • An understanding of Telugu culture will be an added advantage.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
