About the Role:

Sunsys Techsol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Interns to support our human resources operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to gain practical knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee engagement within a fast-paced tech and sustainability-driven company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
  • Support onboarding of new interns and employees
  • Assist in drafting internship offer letters, confirmations, and other HR documents
  • Conduct orientation sessions and support internal HR communications
  • Contribute to building a healthy, collaborative remote work culture
  • Assist in planning and executing engagement and training programs

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Familiarity with HR concepts like recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Enthusiastic to learn HR tools like Zoho, ATS, or Trello
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
