We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to support Electro-Optics product trials, demonstrations, and technical compliance for defense and security applications. The role involves active participation in field evaluation trials (FETs), vendor sourcing, demonstrations, and technical documentation, along with close coordination with internal teams and external agencies,

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Trials & Demonstrations

  • Accountable for field trials of Day, II & TI devices (Image Intensifier & Thermal Imaging).
  • Guide and prepare the team for trial readiness, including device zeroing and functionality checks.
  • Provide technical support to the Sales team during demonstrations, exhibitions, and client visits.
  • Ensure timely submission of trial feedback reports and communicate key outcomes to the D&D team.

2. Compliance & Documentation

  • Undertake in-depth study of user specifications, RFI/RFP/PRFP requirements issued by MoD, MHA, and state/central agencies.
  • Prepare technical compliance documents and QR specifications.

3. Device Maintenance & Stock Management

  • Perform preventive maintenance and functionality checks for demo devices.
  • Maintain serviceable demo stock of electro-optics devices.
  • Highlight deviations and coordinate with D&D for upgradation/customization needs.

4. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Handle procurement processes through ACSFP Cell, Capital, MHA, and Emergency Procurement.
  • Source and evaluate vendors for accessories, spares, and RFP-related requirements.

5. Reporting & MIS

  • Generate MIS reports including Monthly Tour Reports, PR/ITR Lists, Open Items, Demo Devices List, and RFI/RFP status updates.
  • Provide regular updates on competitive landscape and technology trends.

Qualifications

Education:

  • UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in Electro-Optics, Optronics, Image Intensifiers, and Thermal Imaging devices.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and defense trial methodology.

Key Skills

  • Technical: Image Intensifier, Thermal Imaging, Electro-Optics, Night Vision, Optronics, Defense Products.
  • Process Knowledge: Trials & Zeroing, Tender Compliance, Preventive Maintenance, Vendor Sourcing, Procurement (ACSFP/MHA).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer interaction, MIS reporting, vendor coordination, and team guidance.

Job Location - Sector-80, Noida

Monday to Saturday 9:00AM to 6:00PM with 2nd & last Saturday off
