Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Planning, Billing & Coordination Engineer with a strong background in EPC/Oil & Gas Construction Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning and scheduling, Budgeting, Cost Control, preparing and certifying client and subcontractor bills, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments to achieve timely requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6).
  • Define project milestones, critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays; initiate mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare look-ahead schedules and weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Prepare Cost Estimates, determine Project Budgeting and implement Cost control measures.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule alignment.
  • Preparation, submission, and follow-up of client RA (Running Account) bills.
  • Certification of subcontractor bills as per measurement and contractual terms.
  • Prepare Material reconciliation statements, quantity variance reports, and BOQ tracking.
  • Serve as the key point of contact between engineering, procurement, site execution, and client teams.
  • Maintain records and logs of all correspondence, billing documentation, and approvals.

Requirements

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Planning, Billing & Coordination roles in EPC or Oil & Gas construction industry.
  • Tools/Software: Primavera P6, advance MS Excel with Pivot and V-look up Proficiency, PowerPoint and MS Word etc.
  • Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communication, Team player with ability to lead coordination efforts.
